I am looking for info on James M. Finnie b. 2 Mar 1861 He met his wife Mary Beckham in Olivehill Tenn.. They migrated to Norman Oklahoma .. Rumor has it.. The Finnie family got into a big fight and went their own ways, some might have went to Oregan.. One of the Finnie's might have been a Doctor.. The original spelling was Finney, On my great grandparents marriage certificate he was J.M Finney, my dad was told James had lazy eye ( dead eye) and I believe it might be genetic, my brother and his three son's have it and one of our cousins also has lazy eye also being born with no soft spots is a runs in our line of Finnie's. From 1861 - 1897 we can not find any records on James. He is a complete mystery. Somebody told my dad the White family is some how related to us. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it..
