Thank you for answering my inquiry. My gg grandfather was William Hamilton Finnie born 9/28/1836 in Banffshire Scotland Inverkeithny Parish # 158. He came to the United States in 1853 and settled in Northern New York near Canada on Corils Island in the Saint Lawrence River. I have been trying to find out who his parents were and if he had any siblings. Can this be a relative of yours?
