There is a mix-up on Amelia Fischer's. My Amelia Fischer was born in Wisconsin, 1865 and died before 1900. She is the daughter of Johan/John George Fischer and Christina Miller Fischer. Her family moved to Lexington, Lafayette County, Missouri about 1866. Amelia married Peter Casper Wedell 30 Oct 1882 in Sedalia, Lafayette County, Missouri. She had one son, Elgin Ellis Wedell. However, Amelia died prior to the 1900 census as Peter is listed as a widower. No further information is found on Amelia or her son Elgin.
