WALTER M. FISCUS Passed away Saturday, September 22, 2007 in Moorpark, following a five year illness. He had been a resident of Ventura County for 23 years coming from the San Fernando Valley. He was born January 1, 1917 in Philo, Illinois. He was employed for 30 years with the United States Postal Service and enjoyed traveling, camping and sports. Walter is survived by his wife of 67 years, Dortha; children, Patricia Perez and Michael Fiscus; and grandchildren, Charles Bowen, Candace Schmelter, Christian Fiscus and Chase Fiscus. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, October 20, 2007, at The Church at Rocky Peak with Rev. David MacKerron officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Walter's name to The Church at Rocky Peak, 22601 Santa Susana Pass Rd., Chatsworth, CA 91311. Arrangements were entrusted to Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks Griffin Mortuary Westlake Village (818) 889-0902
