Johann Heinrich Arney, b 21 Nov 1755 in York Co., PA married Maria Magdalena Volk (Fulk), b 30 Nov 1755 in Allemangel, Northampton Co., PA, in Jun 1775 (I'm assuming in Bethania, NC, but don't have a record).

Please keep in mind that most of my information on this family is from other researchers (and therefore not proven). I do have census records and the will index which shows several of his children.

I have 14 children listed: Anna Elizabeth, Jacob, Anne Catharine, John Henry, Rebecca, Maria Magdalena, Andreas (Andrew), Susanna, Mary, Johanna, Lucinda, John, Ann Margaret, and Lawrence H. All except the first daughter (stayed in NC) and second child (Jacob - went to OH) went to Indiana with the parents. Several moved on into Iowa as well.

Henry's parents were Jacob Arney and Anna Ursula Kron. Marie Magdalena's parents were Andreas Volk and Maria Margaretha Romig.
