Responding to your email dated may2001. We are a branch of
the fisher family who emigrated from Lanarkshire, Scotland in
December 1964. Our Father is a Fisher from Larkhall Scotland
( near Glasgow).
He has some relatives in Illinois ( Carbondale area) whose
relatives emigrated from Scotland in the late 1800's to 1920'S.
They were coalminers nad possibly flour millers.
Could you be from the same family tree.
