By an act, to authorise the administratrix of Elias Fisher, deceased, to sell the real estate of said deceased, passed November 25, 1816, the administratrix of Elias Fisher, deceased, may sell the real estate of Elias Fisher, at public sale, on a credit of not less than six months,nor exceeding two years by advertising the same in one of the newspapers printed in Natchez thirty days previous to the sale thereof and make conveyances, in fee simple, to the purchaseer thereof, and said administratrix shall return the amount of sales to the orphans' court of Claiborne...
