William and Eve M. Risch are listed in the 1850 census - SomersetCo., Pa. Along with them are Elizabeth 1 y.o. and Elizabeth Flath, 36 y.o. I would assume Elizabeth was Eve's sister but I don't have any info on Eve's parents. I am also trying to find Eve's and Wilhelm's parents.
