JOSEPH WILLIAM FLAUGH
Of East Freedom, died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. H.M. Ickes, 1300 Tenth street, at 5.15 o'clock Thursday afternoon. He was born at East Freedom on March 6, 1868, a son of Casper and Margaret FLAUGH and married Miss Rebecca Dively of Claysburg, who died nine years ago. Surviving are seven sons and daughters, William R. of East Freedom, Mrs. Ickes of Altoona, Charles of Claysburg, Francis and Calvin J. of East Freedom, Regis J. of Claysburg and Mrs. Guy Diehl of Sproul; sixteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one niece, Mrs. Celia Stiffler of East Freedom. Mr. Flaugh was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic church of Newry. Friends are being received at the Ickes home.
FLAUGH--The funeral of Joseph William FLAUGH of East Freedom will be held Monday morning with requiem mass at 10 o'clock in St. Patrick's church, Newry. Interment in the Reformed cemetery, Claysburg. Friends are being received at the home of a daughter, Mrs. H.M. Ickes of 1300 Tenth street.
