Hi, my name is April Fleeman Ford my dad's name was John T Fleeman born August 21, 1918 and died March 13, 1973. He was born in Dade County, Missouri. I am looking for info on the Fleeman family history...I've always been told that my dad's family came from either Ireland or Scotland..Can anyone help?My Grandfather's name was John William Fleeman and his wife's name was Martha Jane Chism. John William Fleeman's father's name was Patrick Fleeman and his wife's name was Bell I believe. I think I traced my history back to a Thomas Fleeman born in 1730 in Louisa, Virginia married three times one was a Sarah Steele, which was his second wife. I have a list of thier children also. I didn't realize there were sooo many Fleemans! Any info would be very appreciated.
