I know this post is going on 3 years old but I figured I would try :) Any chance you have some type of source for the Adam/Elizabeth cousin angle? I have come to that same conclusion myself, but there is so little info out there on Adam outside of some land records, that I can't bring myself to accept it as fact yet... I feel like I am missing something... Its like Adam tried to not exist...
