Revolutionary War - Nathaniel Flint

Nathaniel, son of Nathaniel born 5-29-1750, married Abigail Allen on Wenham, MA on 1-5-1805. She was born in 1776 and died 1-26-1865. They resided for a time in Manchester, MA but moved to New Boston, NH when their children were young. He was a soldier in the Revolutionary War. He was wounded and captured and taken prisoner to Halifax, NS. He escaped from the prison with five others, and all after much hardship made their way back through the wilderness to their own country where home and friends awaited them. Nathanial and Abigail had seven children; Hepsibah, Abigail, Nathaniel, William Allen, Lydia A. and Joseph H.

Nathaniel's gggrandfather was Thomas Flint the emigrant ancestor of Salem, MA
