I'm searching for a Mr. Flippin (unknown 1st name) who was my Grandfather's best friend in the early 1900s. My Grandfather Robert Rogers was born in 1904 and served in the US Navy for 23+ years. They served on several different ships and fought in many different battles in WWII and the South Pacific, etc. I calculate that his best friend Mr. Flippin would be about 80-85 years old now. Any info on Mr. Flippin would be a great help. I would LOVE to talk to him or his relatives. Thank you.
