There's a photo of Richard D. Foor, b abt 1926 possibly in Oneida, NY, who served in the military for a number of years whose picture is up for sale on ebay.com. He died in GA in 1963, and was the s/o Silas Moore FOOR of Bedford County, PA. His mother was Mae BRIGGS (1891-1974).

Just thought I'd let people know in case they had an interest in getting the photo back into the family.
