Trudy, Foote is a very common name out there. I am descended from Robert Foote who came over from Scotland and married Elizabeth Kinnie. He bought property from her father on the north mountain in the Annapolis Valley north of Kentville Nova Scotia. There are tons of Footes there and I would be happy to look for a connection.
