Hello Chet,
My G -g Grandma was a Forbus. She was from Mississippi. She was born Izorah Henrietta Forbus on Dec. 8, 1849 in Holmes County Mississippi. In 1870 she married John Louis Harthcock in Holmes County Mississippi. They moved to Texas and lived in New Hope, Texas. They are both buried at the Point Enterprise, Tx.
