I don't have a great deal of information on Joseph Forcier beyond that found in the 1900 Census entry. Given that Fall River is adjacent to New Bedford MA it is possible that there might be a relationship to your family. However, at this time I can not see one. I have located a GEDCOM file on the internet for a branch of the Focier family that contains around 1800 names. At first glance it looks to have an unbelieveable amount of information. But when I found Adam and Eve listed I began to question whether it was a valid file or just an elaborate hoax. I'll let you know if I detect any family relationship as I research the Forcier family.
