Nancy,
My Ford branch is from the Franklin and Coshocton County
areas. Benjamin Ford emigrated to the US from the UK around 1820 or so. He married Abigail Paine. Their children included Abigail, George and Albert. Benjamin was a blacksmith in Columbus and was alive at least until the 1850 census. My gggrandfather, George was born in Roscoe, Coshocton County in 1841 and died in Columbus in 1918. He was married to Catherine Harpst. their children included George, Elnora, Carrie (Eitel), my ggrandfather George William and infants Harry and Albert who both died quite young. Almost all are buried at Greenlawn Cemetery in Columbus.
Do you see any connections?
