Looking for information on George C. Ford of English descent, b: about 1770, raised in Tennessee and married a Winchester girl of Irish descent.
They had a son named William (b: 6-15-1802 in Lenoir Co., NC? & d: 3-10-1885) who married Rebecca Tippitt (b: 9-14-1807 in NC & d: 9-14-1879) on 12-24-1822. Her father's name was John Tippitt. They had 10 or 11 children: Mary, George, James, John, Rebecca, Martha, William, Andrew, Sarah, Amy, and Rachel.
