The Fores I am referring were from the Moore County NC area. It is now Lee County NC.

I am trying to trace the roots of a Joel Fore born around 1808. It is beleived he was the son of Joel Sr the son of Richard Fore. We are just not sure of how our Joel came to be in this area of NC. We think his family was from SC. Our family can't quite make the connection-
