On Friday the 24th of March, at THO'S GREENE's mills, formerly BILLING's mills-Six notes of hand, one on the Rev. THOS. RODES, for 51 dollars six and a quarter cents, CHARLES GRESHAM security; one on THO'S BROWN, for 9 dollars 12 ½ cents, AARON FORMBY security; one on MARCUS B. RAGAN, for 3 dollars 62 ½ cents, Davis OWEN security; one on Davis OWEN, for six dollars 68 ¾ cents, MARCUS B. RAGAN security; one on WM. HAMMET, for 1 dollar 6 ¼ cents, JAMES HAMMET security; one on JAMES HAMMET, for 2 dollars 56 ¼ cents , JOHN PETEETE security-Whole amount , 74 dollars 12 ½ cents.
I forewarn all persons from trading in said Notes, as they were fraudulently obtained.-The above notes made payable to WALTER BILLINGSLEA, due the 25th of Dec. next. WALTER BILLINGSLEA. JOHN FAVOR, Jun. and THO'S GREENE, acting as Clerks, at said BILLINGSLEA's sale. March 31st 1815.
