I, too, am a Fout descendant on John 'Pap' Fout line. I live near Stockton, CA. I found a Henry (b. 1825 VA)& Susan Fout in a 1860 Census from Baxter Co AR, and I believe this "Henry" could be John "Henry" Fout - since most people used their middle names instead of given names back then.
