I'm adding more info. to my original post: William's wife's name was Emma Short. They married at St. James Westminster in 1856. William was married before to Frances Robbins (1841) - she died. William and Frances had these children: Frances, John, Mary , and possibly Barbara. William's father was Thomas, mother Mary. Thomas was a carpenter/shipwright. William was a grocer. William and Emma came to the states shortly after marrying. I hope this info helps or rings a bell with someone! Kathy
