Hello! Well, I don't have any solid info for you. I discovered that my g g grandmother was briefly married to one of the Fryhers. I have narrowed it down to William but there was a William, child of Patrick and Sarah...and a William, brother of the father Patrick. I don't know what part of Ireland they came from. My g g grandmother signed her name in 1894 as Maria Jones Fryher....but then later turned up as Maria Jones. Of course these family mysteries are most interesting, and the hardest to pursue. My parents grew up in New Britain and I recently was there checking out all the addresses that I had. 49 Winter St. seems to have been torn down.
