Charles Fraley- Born abt. 1849
I am looking for any information about a Charles R. Fraley who was born around 1849. He married Martha Jane Moore and had two sons Sylvester S. and Charles W. At some point he lived in Scott County, Virginia, but I do not know if that is where he was born. A marriage certificate for Sylvester indicates that is where Sylvester was born.
