Looking for information on Frambes family ancestors in southern New Jersey. I have info on John Peter Frambes and Mary Margaretta Hoffman arriving in Philadelphia aboard ship Phoenix 11/11/1752 and marrying after arrival, moved from Pennsylvania to southern New Jersey coast. Had ten children, five each sex. I'm trying to determine which of the five sons was the father of Joseph Frambes born early 1800's up to early 18teens. Joseph and Mary fathered Samuel about 1836. Joseph may have been married previously once or twice and fathered others. sandy
