Surnames: Franco, Frank, Dalessio
Hi,
My grandfather came over from Italy in April 1903, not sure of the city. His name was Specioso Franco (changed to Frank at some point), had a brother, Carmine or Carmen, who I think was older. He married Minnie Dalessio, and lived in Scranto, PA.
