Hi, I am looking for information on Claud Francois and his wife Catherine Marcillet Francois. They are my Great-Great Grandparents. Their son,Anthony Francois was my Great-Grandfather. From what I know both Claud and Catherine were both born in Guyonvelle,Haute-Marne, France. Their son Anthony Francois was born on March 18,1859 at Loyd,Richland Co.,Wisconsin. Claud and Catherine had other children. Claud and Catherine lived in a log cabin one and a half miles south of Lime Ridge. Lime Ridge is located in Sauk Co.,Wisconsin. I would like to know more about this family and where their final resting place is. My Great-Grandfather Anthony Francois married Josephine (Josie) Fisher on April 18,1889. They lived in Lime Ridge, Washington Township,Sauk Co., Wisconsin. They had 6 children: Carrie,Charlie,Merl,Bethel,Pearl and Mary Francois.
