Re: Frankenberg, Germany and Ohio

I have a little info on Friedrich Frankenberg and family- emigrated from Wurtemburg, Germany I believe in 1848 although I found a F.A. Frankenberg in the 1840 census for Hocking Co. He and his wife Margaret must have died somewhere between 1852 and 1860 because I find their three youngest daughters living with their Uncle and Aunt in Springfield Ohio in the 1860 census, but no sign of Friedrich or Margaret.

Although not being a member of the Frankenberg family, I have the names and dates of more than 300 Frankenbergs, among them Albert Frankenberg, born 19/12/1870 (or 25/12) in Bellersen/Westphalia. He emigrated to New York in 1896. His parents, brothers and sisters emigrated also between 1890 and 1907. If you believe there are family connections, I can give you many more informations about the Frankenbergs.
