I have found a letter from William J. Frantz that was sent in 1938 to my grandmother Ruth Hoffa (Frant) Rice. When Hester died, my father Jasper Hoffa Frantz was the grandson of Hester. She also had 4 stepsons: James, George S, William J., and Solomon F..
They lived in Friendsville, MD. (Garrett Co.). My father and his (Jasper C. Frantz) are the only other Frantz names I know. If anyone knows about this family please email me.
