Through James W. Cox. When Unity died George married Nancy (Price) Mayfield. James was about 15 and Nancy daughter Margaret was about 13. They married and had several girls-- one was my grandmother Mary Jane Cox. Mary Jane married Ezra Salter (they are both buried in Adger Cemetary on Johns Road) and also produced many children --one being Orlean Salter.
I was born in Chicago and visited relatives in Alabama when I was a kid. I wished I paid more attention to all my mothers family then. I've work is the SW states my adult life an am semi retired in Tulsa, OK
