I'm posting some basic information on this Frederich family connnected to my research on the Wick and Oppermann families in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I have not found any signature of the family showing how they preferred to spell their name -- final "h" versus "k."

I'm happy to correspond, share sources, etc. with other researchers of this family line.

I am looking for Bertha Frederich.Born c. 1861 in Pommern Germany. SHE came to the USA in 1881 with Augusta Frederich Trettin on the ship Bohemia in 1881. May have settled in wisconsin with them.

Minnie is my grandmother; married William Lee Broadhurst.

I believe John's father was Phillip and his mother's name may have been Mary (maiden name is unknown).

My Frederich ancestors came to St. Louis, Missouri around the late 1850's. I'm looking for anyone with connections to that family. Father, Christopher Frederich, and mother, Anna Frederich, brought their children:
Antone, Christopher, Jr., Henry, Valentine, and Antonia, to St. Louis, and they all raised their families there.
