Seeking info on Hezekiah Freeman, b about 1837 (another census has a Hez b 1823 - same?) in Georgia. Married Cherokee woman named Eliz. One of his sons, James Louis, was my ggf. Other children of Hez and Eliz were Martha b 1853, Leoma b 1861, (both in Ga), and John D (1865), and Sarah (1867) b in Alabama. If anyone has info about any of these people, please help. The children of James Louis were Charlie Jasper (my gf), William, Ruby, maybe others. My dad, Charles Claud, son of Charlie J. had brothers Clarence, Buehl, Alvin and a sister - Mertie.
