I have family photos of Mr Fregeau Sr, a wife, 1 daughter and 4 sons among other possible cousins. My direct relative is known to us as Achille John Fregeau but maybe Jacques? or something else in Quebec,Canada. The mother appears to be Indian. The daughter favors her father in facial features. Among the 4 sons, it is likely that 1 only survived until early adulthood. The other 3 brothers are in several photos together even with their new wives and babes. Achille John Fregeau married Cordelia Vincent in 1874 in Canada, and while we know so much of her Vincent/Jarret line, we can trace nothing in the Fregeau. I have no names to attach to these photos.
