I am trying to find my aunt Lillian Fregeau ( ). She is the daughter of Phillip(1901-1976) and Theresa Edgeworth Fregeau. Her brothers are Richard (Dick), Phillip and Paul (twins). They were originally from Chicago, and later moved to NJ. The elder Phillip was a dog trainer and worked for the Chicago Northwestern Railroad. He died in Arkansas. I believe that Theresa died in NJ. At an early age all four children were placed in foster homes. This is all the information I have. I am at a loss as how to find Lillian since she no doubt is (was) married. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
