I am currently researching this. THey came from Prussia
about 1868. I do not exactly when or through which port they
arrived. THese people where Anna and ANthony Freitag.
They had a daughter Maria and others. I do not have
all the details yet. They lived for awhile in Kentucky. I know
that Sophia married August Pille and lived for awhile in Iowa.
There was another Friday family in the area but I cannot prove th
that they related. I assume that they are related because the other
Fridays were god parents to some of Sophia's children.

I will probably get more into this family this fall sometime in
October or November. Hopefully I can gather more information
and share it with you.
