The Friends of the Juneau Public Library's Amazing Bookstore (a nonprofit community recycling bookstore that raises money for the Juneau Alaska libraries) recently received a copy of "The Making of Colorado" by Eugene Parsons published in 1908. It appears to be a first edition. Since I volunteer at the bookstore and also do a lot of genealogy work on my family, I am wondering if you know anyone who would like to buy this book from us. I have looked at the Amazon and Alibris sites on the internet and can only find two copies of it for $100 and $79.80. Our volume is in fair condition with cloth cover that shows wear. There is a little water damage on one corner. The interior is clean and intact. We are interested in finding an interested buyer who will pay a fair price plus shipping. If you know of anyone interested in it, please have them email me directly with an offer. We have sold other local history books this way if you need references.
