Surnames: CRAIG, ORR, FREW.
I want to find the parents of my GG Grandfather John Craig (b 1812) who married Elizabeth Orr (b1813). They lived in Kilbirnie, Ayrshire, Scotland until 1841/42.
It has been suggested that John was the son of James Craig and Helen Frew of Kilbirnie(birthdate 28 SEP 1811)
but I can't trace that or therefore go any further back.
Clues or ideas much needed please.
