James Frew died when he was about 42 years old... while raising a building in Frewsburg, he was killed by a falling beam. His wife, Rebecca Wheeler survived him. His older brother, John suvived him by many years. His son, Josiah was my great grandfather. He later had land and a sawmill on the Allegheny River (Onoville) where he raised his family, but died and was buried in Frewsburg, NY. Josiah had a brother, Jefferson, who died about 1900.
