Marilyn, my grandfather (Asa Fries) moved to Louisville, KY, and had 1 son (Clarence Elmer) and 4 daughters (Nettie, Flora, Lydia [who changed her name to Bernice], and Elizabeth. I don't know where Asa lived before moving to Kentucky. I do know he was married previously and left his first wife because of her affair with his best friend. I wish I knew more.
