Alice was the dau of Madison Frigault and Marie Thibodeau. Does anyone know what county the parish is in - location? How does one go abt getting a 1923 marriage certificate for Alice Marie as her marrage date is written in bapt. margin, so presuming it's in St. Louis - wherever that is.
