Weaver was our father too. My mother is Mary Frisbee. We are all from New Orleans, La. I now live outside New York City. Are you my half sister? Is your borther Billy? If so the 1st and last time I saw you guys, I was 18 and drove up from So Carolina where I was working with the band I was with. Drove to Grandmas house and stay for the night.
