Hi Janice, I know that my Great Grandfather Jacob Heinrich Froese was born in Landskrone, Molotschna, South Russia. He came to the US as my dad tells it on the Teutonia Ship between 1874 and 1876. He was the only one of his family that came and he came to escape the Balticive Army. He lost contact with all family at that time. My dad is 93 years old and has always wondered if there would be any family that also came to US or Canada. He would love to talk to them about what they know.
