I am at a loose end looking for my great grandmother Lucille Carolyn(carrie) Fullbright. She married Ulrich Nelms and lived in Chattanooga, in the 1920s and 30s. I know they lived in Ga in the 1880's but from there I can't seem to find anything on her. Any help would be appricated. email me at brenda@earthlights.net
