My Fuller line is proven back to Daniel Fuller (b.1798 in CT) and Mary "Polly" Rasey, my third great-grandparents. There is strong evidence that Daniel Fuller's parents were David Fuller and Eunice Main. My brother Paul Fuller donated a DNA sample which was a match for a known descendant of Edward Fuller of the Mayflower. The David Fuller I mentioned was a direct descendant of Ensign Thomas Fuller of Dedham, Mass. Thomas Fuller was related to the Mayflower Fullers: his grandfather was first cousin of Dr. Samuel and Matthew Fuller. Do you have any info on this line? It is mentioned in a book about Ensign Thomas Fuller (married Hannah Flower)that wife Hannah was the niece of a Mayflower passenger.
