Does anyone know how Jesse Fuller obtained the 80 acres on the Clinch River that was transferred to Jesse Fuller, Jr,Nov 1, 1837, in Russel Co, VA?

The deed was signed by Jesse Sr's daughters, Elizabeth Amburgey and Phoebe Sutherland but not by James and Dorcas Fuller of Caswell Co, NC.

It is thought that the land was orginally owned by Henry Fuller. However, Jesse is not listed in Henry's will.

One researcher has said that Henry deeded 116 acres of land on both sides of Stories Creek to Jesse Fuller for five shillings on Jan 19, 1791 [Caswell Co NC, deed book, Book G, Page 106, January 19, 1791]. It has been thought that - because of the low price the deed may have been a part of an estate settlement or a gift.

Can anyone verify that this is the same parcel of which 80 acres were conveyed to Jesse Jr?
