I recently received a death certificate for my great great grandmother...found that her mothers maiden name was Gabair..( I am not sure if they spelled it right) I cannot seem to find anything on it...so I thought I would post in a few places to see if anyone has heard of it........All I know about her is that her name was Mary Ann Gabair and she was from Lennox, Mass. She married Hilton Jerome and they lived in Renneslaer County,NY - she died in her 30's on 4/24/1849 - this would make her birth year about 1819.
