My gg grandfathers name was Henry Martin Gebard. He was born in 1850 in IN.and died from a lighting strike in 1885. He was burried in Nutter cemetary in Martinsville IN. He was married to Phebe Ellen Woods. They had 3 children Walter Martin , Viola and Bessie. Phebe later married a McClung and lived in Unionville IN near Bloomington IN.
I cannot seem to find his father or mother or siblings if there are any. I know that in a census his father was born in Pa and his mother in IN. and they lived I think near Flatrock IN which is where Henry and Phebe were married. I have seen a community tree with my families names. with the holzapple and grindsaff connection. I am not sure it is correct. andy info I can get I would greatly appreciate.Especially on the H C gebbard connection who was born of Henry and Catherine Holzapple.
