I'm searching for any information on descendants of this man. He is Jewish and part of a family in which all others changed the surname to Gobler. Louis, b.1905 in Philadelphia, left to join the US Army in 1920...he was a career military man, ultimately settling in New Jersey after WWII. His wife was Helen.

I am looking for ancestors of Mchael Gabler (b19 June 1865) and his wife Anna Seethaler (b 16 June 1867). Both came to Pittsburgh in 1893 from Bavaria (Hirschkofen?). Anna's father's given name was Andrew and she had two sisters, Maria and Theresa. Can anyone help?

I am looking for anyone who may know an Elizabeth Gabler who went to Chapel Hill School in Waltham,Ma. she was a sophmore in 1958. She went to school with my mother Betty Ann Braudy. I have their 1958 year book. My mother Betty Passed away when I was young and She left a juornal in her year book which mentioned a Liz(Elizabeth) alot. I belive this woild be Elizabeth Gabler. May GABLER, a hundred year old mystery

Can anyone please help with this mystery? We are trying to trace our grandmother, who we never knew. We know she was of German ancestry and apparently born in New York and married a German man with the last name of GABLER. She had four children with him: 3 daughters and a son in order here: Anna, Thomas, Margarete and Catherine. At age 33 she married Thomas Conde, whom we believe adopted the four children from her previous marriage. They lived in Kings county, New York, Ridgewood area. We would like to know May's maiden name [she also was German] and the name of her husband, surnamed Gabler who hailed from Wuerttemberg, Germany.

We have run into a dead end. Can find no marriage or birth or death records for May, nor can we find the first name of our grandfather. If anyone can help, please contact us and thank you.

A Macomb Co, Michigan Marriage License, No 12009, was issued for William and Martha in 1925 and they were married in the Messiah Lutheran Church in Detroit on 17 June 1925.

I am needing information on this Gabler. Lived in Chicago and worked with wife in shows. I have photo of him. They had eight children. His wife, Josephine went by the stage name of Louella Grant. She was killed in a car wreck, don't know if he was in it. She was born late 1920's-30's. All the children were put up in State Homes except one, and my grandmother raised him.

I'm trying to get some information on Georgiana Gabler, born Jan 1890 in germany, immigrated 1906. She married Ernst Bueschel. They had 4 children. They lived in Brooklyn up thru the 1920 census and then in 1930 they were in Union county New Jersey.

Ellen Ringel.I am looking for descenants of John A. Gabler and Bernadette Edmiston. They had two Dau.s' Margaret born Sep. 2 1921 Mary Ellen born Apr. 15th 1930. John Bernadette both died in West Palm Beach Florida 1971- Bernadette in Nov 1982. I would like to contact their siblings for information Cheers Glenn Edmiston.

Looking for John Gabler, born Mar 1858 in Germany, entered U.S 1978, occupation miner. Resided 1894 Springfield, Greene County, Missouri, resided in North Campbell Township, Greene County Missouri 1900 Census, and apparently died before 1910. John Gabler married Catherine Mary Kuhn (born 1866 Indiana?) in 1892 and had three children: Lawrence Henry Gabler, born 24 Feb 1894; Eleanor Frances Gabler, born 21 Apr 1900; and Joseph A Gabler, born 1902. In the 1910 Missouri Census his wife and children were living in St. Louis.

I am the daughter of Kenneth Gabler, brother to Tony, Slyia and Zelda. Their father Joseph was married to Lillian. I believe Jo's father had 3 brothers 2 of which where called Ernest and George.They moved from Prussia to Liverpool then to the United States. I know that George married Elizabeth Baran in the late 1880's.
Can anyone help on further information. My family was based in Liverpool and a few still are. I am trying to find some peices of the jig saw.
