I am researching my Ozment tree. Kenneth J. Ozment was a 2nd cousin. He married Beatrice Irene Carlisle in about 1938. They had at least 4 children, Sylvia, Virginia, Robert, and Suzann. They divorced in 1945 and Beatrice married Frank Gabrick on 7 Sep 1945 in Aberdeen, SD. They lived in Linwood, MN. Frank adopted Suzann Ozment, born Mar 1945. They had 3 more children, Richard, Michael, and Gregory. Kenneth remarried to June V. Taylor and they had at least two boys, David and Kenneth. If you want to trade info, please contact me. My daughter is doing a family tree...for school. My mother was Virginia Ozment ,,,,she has passed away...so I am unable to get information concerning her mother's side of the family...Any help would be greatly appreciated. Virginia's father was Kenneth J Ozment and was married to Beatrice Ozment...they divorced when Virginia was very young...her mother remarried and the info I have is Beatrice Gabrick of Minnesota...Can anyone give me any further information. Looking for more information on the Gabrick family in Michigan. Charles Gabrick or Gaybrick was born in MI in 1928, his father was Louis. Family originally came from Lithuania through the straits and possibly through Copper Harbor, MI. Charles had sisters, Betty and Maryanne. Charles married Onalee Roberts in 1956 and resided in Eaton County, MI.

My name is also Mark Gabrick, however, different from your earlier respondant - albeit similar response. My grandfather was born in Gabrychawo, Russia in 1874. Migrated to the US around 1892, and settled in Leavenworth, KS. I think IMS at Ellis Island changed his name upon arrival to Gabryk. Two of my uncles stuck with that, my dad and another brother switched it to Gabrick. I have no records of our family back in Europe.

I am looking for my great grandfather. He came from Ugoszcz, Poland around 1883. He was born Oct. 15,1869 and lived in Winona, MN. He is first found in the City Directories in 1894. Thanks!

gabrick & ruszkowski families

My great-grandmothers name was Katrine Gabrick but Gabrick was changed from the original Gabrycza (Gabricea? not sure of spelling). She married Joseph Ruszkowski and they lived in Nanticoke Boro, PA. They had for daughters Helena, Marta Josefina and Frances. Both died around 1913. If anyone has any info please pass it on. I dont know much about them.

AND HIS NAME WAS GABRICK, BUT I THINK IT WAS
CHANGED FROM SOMETHING LIKE GARWYCH. IM NOT SURE. ILL SEE IF I CAN FIND ANY IMFO FOR YOU.

John & Lucja Gabrych,
6 daughters

One daughter, also named Lucja, married Jozef Mioduszewski in early 1920s, emigrated to Canada. Lucja would have been born about 1905. She was born in Germany, but became Polish citizen at some point - her marriage to Jozef, or her family moved there when she was a girl.....

I am searching for any info on Joseph Dominek gabrick born 1864 in Poland. He married Magdlena Augustine also born in Poland. Joseph and Magdlena moved to Toluca, Illinois. Joseph died 1925, and Magdlena died 1932. Any information would be helpful.
